Why risk your neck just because the car you're in doesn't have a 6-point harness? The Simpson FIA Hybrid S is the first head and neck restraint that has been tested and proven effective when used with an OEM 3-point seat belt! This makes it an ideal choice for just about any track activity: HPDE, track days, supercar experience drives, ride-alongs, and driving instructors. As its name suggests, the FIA Hybrid S is also fully FIA approved and SCCA-legal for use in full-race vehicles with 6-point harnesses too.

The low-profile design of the Hybrid makes car entry and exit very easy, even though tight window openings in small sedans. The Hybrid gets strapped to the driver's body, so it moves with you. Unlike earlier designs, the Hybrid does not have any uncomfortable straps between the legs. A wide torso strap with a single buckle in front is all it takes. This FIA Hybrid S model extends a little farther down the driver's back, which enables it to work with 3-point seat belts.

Note: Helmet anchor posts are not included. The sliding tethers have metal end tabs to work with HANS Post Anchors, Part No. 9589-002 (sold separately).

To determine the correct size:
Measure over your clothes.* Using a cloth measuring tape, measure the chest circumference just below the pectoral muscles. The tape should not be pulled tight or allowed to hang loose. You should be able to breathe without struggling. Use these measurements and the table below to determine the proper size restraint.

For female drivers additional measurements are needed for proper chest strap fitment. Please contact us for details.
